  • Securely uploads images onto the dedicated project dashboard for fast access to live photos, which are also backed up to Hutchies’ system
  • Inhouse support for producing timelapse videos and technical advice by Hutchies’ Communications Team

Order process

Before you get started - think about any special requirements your project might have for a timelapse:

  • Do you have a location on site where the system can be installed or do you need a pole?
  • Would you prefer to pre-pay the monthly service fees (explained below) or pay on a month-by-month basis?
  • Do you need help installing it or would you like us to organise one of our installation partners to take care of it?
  • Is the site in a remote location? We might need to check there is good 4G coverage and there could be some additional costs for travel involved
  • We need a job number, cost code and PO number to place the necessary orders with Infinity Imaging Systems and Hutchies' IT
  • You also need to tell us where the camera will be installed and what the project name is – have that handy for your order

Once you're ready to place your order, simply add this kit to your Hutchies' Shop Cart and complete the checkout process. You can tell us any special requirements or things we should know in the 'Order Comments' section of the checkout.

Your order will be sent to Hutchies’ Communications Team for processing. Georgia Carew looks after the timelapse systems and will contact you once the order has been received.

Orders are normally processed, delivered and assembled within 20 business days.

Other information

Once you’ve placed an order for one of these timelapse systems, Hutchies’ Communications Team coordinate the ordering process for you. This will include ordering the necessary equipment from each supplier, assembling the unit in Brisbane, booking the installation for you and providing any ongoing support.

All equipment and services are charged directly to the job number and cost code or PO supplied as part of this Hutchies’ Shop order. This will include the ongoing monthly service fees until you advise us the project has finished. You can tell us if you’d prefer to pre-pay these monthly fees for a set duration of the project, but by default they are charged monthly. Because everything is directly assigned to the team for processing, all costs are completely transparent. You may see invoices from Infinity Imaging Systems (supplier of the timelapse equipment), JB Hifi or Harvey Norman Commercial for the camera equipment, Hutchies’ IT for the Telstra data sim and any installation / removal or maintenance services by the nominated subbie.

If you have any questions or need help, please contact Georgia Carew in Hutchies’ Communications Team.
